CATHOLIC RELIEF SERVICES Final Evaluation of CRS' Project Saving Lives, Protecting Livelihoods: Transforming CRS Emergency Programs - A three person GEG team supported CRS with the final evaluation of a critical emergency services program. The evaluation helped CRS to move even closer to their goal of being one of the most innovative and effective emergency prevention, preparedness and response organizations in the world. This work included an in-depth analysis based on surveys, field assessments (Lebanon and India), focus group work, key informant interviews, creation of an evaluation website and video documentation. This analysis served as the basis for practical recommendations to further programs and operations toward CRS' goal. |
