WHY GEG

GEG aims to impact behavior through innovative adult-learning methodologies. Our goal is to enhance the organizations we work with by offering Training of Trainer (ToT) workshops designed to improve the long-term quality of training. GEG is committed to providing trainers with both management and operational experience and to provide trainings based on extensive knowledge and best practices.  


GEG evaluates every trainee and offers certification only to individuals achieving passing marks in all evaluations. We track certification levels of individuals for you and offer a range of courses so each participant can further develop their skill sets over time as required.
