GEG Delivers Operational Risk Management Training for WHO Emergencies

Supporting WHO in 2022, a five-person GEG team completed an end-to-end design of an operational risk management training. The training included table-top exercises, placing an emphasis on role-specific learning to ensure that internal teams have the appropriate knowledge and skills for the application of risk management operational policies.
